Our residential program is built around consistency. Each home gets an itemized scope of work confirmed during the first walk-through, the same lead cleaner on every recurring visit, and a per-visit sign-off so nothing gets missed. We service single-family homes from Windermere to Sherwood Park, condos in the downtown core, and short-term rentals where turn time matters. All cleaners are background-checked, WCB-covered, and trained on our 60-point residential checklist before they enter your home. We bring our own equipment and supplies — including HEPA-filtered vacuums and color-coded microfiber to prevent cross-contamination between bathrooms and kitchens.

The list below is the documented checklist crews follow on a residential contract. Your final scope is confirmed during the on-site walk-through and signed off after every visit.
Kitchen
- Counters, backsplash, and sink scrubbed and disinfected
- Exterior of all appliances wiped (interior on request)
- Stovetop degreased; range hood wiped
- Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned for marks and splatter
- Floor swept and mop-finished with safe-for-stone solution
Bathrooms
- Tubs, showers, glass, and tile descaled and disinfected
- Toilets cleaned inside and out, including base and behind
- Mirrors and chrome polished streak-free
- Floors mopped; vents and switch plates wiped
Living areas & bedrooms
- All horizontal surfaces dusted, including baseboards on deep cleans
- Mirrors, glass, and frames wiped
- Carpets vacuumed; hard floors vacuumed and mopped
- Beds made; trash and recycling emptied and lined

Three ways we typically engage.
Most residential clients fall into one of these three structures. Final pricing is quoted after the walk-through.
One-time deep clean
Top-to-bottom reset, typically 4–7 hours depending on size and condition. Ideal for first-time clients, seasonal resets, and pre-listing prep.
Recurring service
Weekly, bi-weekly, or every-four-weeks visits with the same lead cleaner. Locked-in pricing and priority scheduling.
Move-in / move-out
Damage-deposit-grade clean including inside cabinets, appliances, and tracks. Scheduled around your possession date and re-cleaned free if your landlord flags an issue.
The right tools, matched to the surface.
Crews arrive with HEPA-rated upright and canister vacuums, color-coded microfiber, magic erasers, extension dusters, and pH-neutral hard-floor solution. We use Health Canada–registered disinfectants in kitchens and bathrooms, and Green Seal-certified all-purpose cleaners on remaining surfaces. Heavy-duty oven and grout treatments are available on request and quoted separately.
