How early do you arrive?

Lead attendants arrive 60 minutes before doors. Larger events with pre-event prep are scoped from the morning of.

Do your attendants wear specific attire?

Yes — black trousers and white or black collared shirts by default, or matched to your venue's dress code on request.

Can you work alongside our caterer?

Yes. We handle front-of-house and washrooms; caterers handle their kitchen and bar service. We coordinate trash and dish flow with their lead.

Do you handle decor takedown?

We can, under the planner's direction. Decor handling is quoted by the hour separately from cleaning.

What is your minimum event size?

Two attendants for four hours. Smaller events may be combined with venue contract coverage.

Our event division provides uniformed attendants who blend into your venue, keeping front-of-house presentable from doors-open to last-call, then restoring the space afterward. We work directly with venue managers, planners, and caterers, and we are familiar with the Shaw Conference Centre, Fairmont Hotel Macdonald, the Citadel, and most premier Edmonton wedding venues. Every event is staffed with a lead who arrives an hour before doors and runs the closing walk-through with your venue contact.

Multi-day conference

Day-by-day staffing scaled to attendance and program. Includes evening resets between sessions.

Venue contract

Recurring coverage for venues that host events weekly. Locked-in lead crew, priority booking, and discounted attendant rates.

Soft-wheel carts and quiet vacuums for during-event work, formal black or white uniforms matched to your venue, pH-neutral floor solution safe for wood and stone ballrooms, and rapid-spill kits for wine and food. Post-event we deploy auto-scrubbers, extraction units, and full janitorial chemistry.
